| Bathrooms: | Full en-suite facilities to master bedroom. Fully fitted bathroom, shared by bedrooms 2 and 3. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with 4 ring gas burner hob and efficient electric oven, washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Complete set of crockery, cutlery, full range of utensils, pots and pans. |
| Utility Room: | All cleaning materials, washing basket & pegs, iron & ironing board, soap powders and dishwasher tablets etc. |
| Living/Dining Room: | Large lounge and dining room with 2 settees, rugs, fireplace, bookcase & books, dining table and chairs, and compact stereo system, so bring some CDs or tapes of your choice. |
| Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: | Towels and bed linen are all provided, but please provide your own beach/pool towels. Our House Managers are locally based and will ensure the house is clean and ready for your arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa and gardens have an area of some 2,500m2 in total seclusion and are not overlooked.
All rooms enjoy spectacular views.
A welcome pack will be available for all immediate essentials.
The low season, November to February, is very pleasant, with beautifully clear warm sunny days.
If you venture to higher altitudes; the mountain villages, Sierra Nevada and Granada, then it can be chilly - you will need warm clothing and sun-cream.
The villa is heated for your comfort in the evenings; wrap up warm if you want to stargaze.

Outside
There are large gardens and car parking facilities, and terraces all around the property including roof terraces for stargazing! The 
heated pool is 10m x 4m with a maximum depth of 2m and shallow end of 1.5m, with shower facilities. A full anode ionisation system means no sore eyes, sparkling pure water with very high and stable levels of purity. Be safe near the pool especially with children. Melamine and plastic utensils are provided for the pool area.
The pool is solar heated and swimming is available all year round! On the huge surrounding patio area, a large table, chairs and sunloungers are available for your use. We have provided an easy clean gas barbecue and would ask that you leave it as you would like to find it. We have placed large pergolas around the pool and surrounding area to provide large areas for shade.
